  Going to the gym six days a week has changed my life. I can be having the worst day ever, but if I have an hour to spare, I can go to the gym and push myself to get stronger. The gym is my form of meditation. It puts me away from technology and all the problems that are in my life. It also helps me mentally. It calms down all the thoughts in my head and puts me in a good mood. During my workouts, I usually think about the future and the past. When I think about the past, I try to find a memory that gets me angry or sad and use it as fuel to lift heavier weights. When I'm not lifting, I think about the future and try to organize it as much as possible to reach my goals.
